I can kind of understand it but I staunchly disapprove. I have depression and it's not a "badge of honor" it's just a thing that I have to deal with. Maybe it gives me some more insight into certain situations (like...people having depression) but I mean. if I start to think of it as a badge then I feel like I'm playing like a woebegone Bad Shit Life Story olypmics and it's weird
