Spent most of the day in a café studying for my final exam of the year, so a pretty okay day. Can't wait until Friday though when I have my exam, 'cause then I don't have anything to do until mid-January. It's going to be so nice to have a whole month off.

That sounds actually quite peaceful! Or at least, an ok environment to study, the deeeeeep silence of libraries can be nervewrecking for some people. Good luck on your exam! ^^ I hope you kick ass at it, so you can truly enjoy your vacation.

Oh, I can't study in libraries. Like you said, I find it so nervewrecking, and I feel like I'll disturb everyone even by turning a page. And I feel terribly guilty when I see how everyone is so immersed in their reading and yeah, it just distracts me. And thank you! I have a good feeling about the subject so far at least!

Hope everything will turn out alright with your contract and that your boss' husband stops being a dick.

Ahah, I get that. I get sleepy on libraries, to be honest. I used to need some background white noise (though not loud!) to not faceplant on whatever I was studying. A café can be a good option. And you can eat in a café! (and get much needed coffee, obvs.)
