Speaking as an abused stepchild whose folks made me do all the chores on top of verbally, mentally, and physically abusing me, go fuck yourself. Seriously. Just because you may have a shitty stepchild (and honestly, I'm not so sure you're not lying to make yourself look better), doesn't mean step-parents (and actual parents) can't be horrible.

2. Not ever step-child is a perfect little angel being oppressed or abused by an evil step-parent.
3. The OP sounds frustrated and is venting by using the most well known abused step-child. I wouldn't take him/her seriously.

1.) It has, thank you. I've cut the abusive folks out completely, which they hilariously weren't expecting me to do, and I haven't look back.

2.) I understand that, and I also pointed out that OP may indeed have a bad step-kid. However, see point #3.

3.) True, but OP is also accusing the lead of a Disney story, who is a part of a third-person narrative, of being a lying bitch. Disney stories tend to be fairly black and white as far as morality goes, especially the earlier ones. Long story short: OP is coming off as a spiteful moron.

While I'll respectfully disagree with your 3rd point, I'm mostly happy about your 1st point. Sorry if that's weird coming from a complete stranger, but my sentiment is no less genuine. All the best for you!
