Oh, yeah that sounds like how left turns work at lights here and that's one of my biggest pet peeves. PULL OUT INTO THE INTERSECTION SO YOU DON'T FUCK OVER EVERYONE BEHIND YOU YOU IDIOT. I hate missing entire cycles because someone didn't do this and then they're the ONLY person who made the turn that light.

Would an orange light be equivalent to a yellow light, i.e. the one between red and green where people are supposed to start stopping?
