I buggered about this term and failed to hand in two projects. That automatically wipes out 21% of my overall grade for this year. I was pretty dumb. I also just managed to write dumb as "durn".

Is there a reason why you buggered up this term? :C I hope your school year improves next semester!

Thank you! After years and years of depression combined with laziness I've developed some terrible habits when it comes to college and self-motivation. About halfway through the term I stopped showing up for classes and left everything until the last minute. I'm not nearly as good at working last minute as I like to tell myself I am :(

I understand completely. Last year I lost my job and spent a year fighting depression that was exacerbated by that. Eventually I got a bit better and started my new job about 2 months ago. Thank you so much, that's incredibly sweet of you! I hope you've been feeling better since getting your new job. I gave myself the week off to watch The West Wing and feel sorry for myself, but starting Saturday I plan to spend this Christmas break weaning myself onto working every day. If I can keep doing that through next term I'm pretty sure the rest of my problems will become entirely manageable.

I am feeling quite a bit better. I still get really low and self defeating but it is slowly getting better. The winter isn't really helping though. :P
