Ever gone in for a job assessment?

I got notified to present myself next week for an assessment at a job I applied to a few weeks back.

Is this like an interview? Do I dress up? Do I take my resume? I've never encountered this before. Help me FS, you're my only hope.

What kind of job do you have?

There's a load of difference between say a camp counselor job assessment to an office worker job assessment.

Yes, I think you should treat it like an interview. Dress up and take some copies of your resume, just in case.

Sure, tons. Most often it'll just address things like "Oh these are your scores for quality, this is how many times you've been late, here are your results of our monitoring your calls"... etc

Honestly? If you're even remotely decent at your job you pretty much have nothing to worry about.
