That's good to hear. I think a darker Doctor will work nicely after 11's supposed fairytale seasons.

I love 11, but I still agree. I'm looking forward to some darker stuff (not that 11's stuff was never dark, but 11 himself wasn't).

I liked 11 too. I think Matt made a great Doctor. I wasn't fond of Clara's season, but Matt never stopped being a good Doc. I think having a darker/more grouchier Doctor will be a nice change in pace. It will hopefully add more juices flowing in the writer room.

Clara and 11 together didn't quite click for me. I didn't hate her season, but I'm hoping she's going to work better with 12.
