What growth? At the end she's told that all she needs is to embrace her own individual heroism (as opposed to the inherited heroism of the Avatar), but we've literally never seen her do anything heroic on her own terms. She has never made a difficult decision or sacrificed anything important to her for the greater good.

I defy you to point to a single concrete example of character grown on Korra's part that isn't show fiat. Tenzin telling Korra she's really grown does not mean she actually has.

Well, lets go with Korra deciding not to close the spirit portal and have humans and spirits live as one. That is avatar growth. Korra breaking up with Mako, knowing that they are no longer good together. That is growth. Korra spending the whole season trying to find her footing as a young woman and avatar. Growth. Korra leaving Tenzin and her father for Unalaq as they lied to her. Taking control of her own agency. Growth.

JINORA. She had a hard decision to make, but she made the best one she could to save Jinora and then the rest of her people. That is heroism. Her whole spirit journey with Iroh.

Like did you watch the season???? Korra grows through out it. She grew as a person.

She doesn't have to show magical feats of heroism to show growth.
