I'm not really bother by him needing angst. I'm bothered by the fact that Barda died so poorly just to advance his story.

That's basically what I meant too. 'Cause obviously killing off Barda is the only way to get Scott upset enough to do whatever he's gotta do. It's gotta be a lame ass death too.

And why not take out Miracle right then and there too? Why let him live?
