I agree with you about all of these though I think Angel's last season did have a few episodes that were golden (even if the last season was just so different and weird compared to the rest of the series). Usually I like to think that the last season was an AU thing and that Wesley kidnapping Connor and the whole Jasmine thing flat out never happened

Oh, yeah, some stuff was amazing, like the hundredth episode with Cordy's farewell and "Smile Time". Spike and Angel's...thing was a saving grace in a lot of ways. The overall tone of the show had just gone to hell, but S5 was art compared to the nightmare that was S4. Ugh.

Oh yeah, no doubt. I've rewatched many Angel episodes multiple times but I've never rewatched any of season four since I first saw it (well, okay, except Spin the Bottle). Overall it was just...so, so terrible. Like, unbelievably bad
