Well you're doing a lot better than me. I consider myself a huge Daft Punk fan but I can't stand Homework or Human After All. I don't just mean generally disliking them either, I mean listening to them makes me genuinely angry. The only thing those albums were good for IMO was mixing for Alive 2007.

So I wouldn't say disliking one song makes you a bad fan.
