...And then I actually got into it, loved it, and discovered it was popular for a reason. :\ I hope you've at least given it a try if your friends love the series, because otherwise, it's really not fair to call it overrated. (If you have tried it and still don't like it, that's more legitimate and perfectly understandable. :3)
