I want Monokuma to talk like Mickey Mouse, but I doubt Disney would let that pass even if the company filed the serial numbers off.

Mickey could work, too! Foray pulls ahead in my dream casting for being the original voice of her character and still working, plus Rocky's easier imo to imagine sounding devious beneath the innocence. But having Monokuma read with Mickey's relative lack of guile could be super-creepy. From the trailer, Monokuma's English VA sounds more like an '80s-'90s wacky sidekick rather than a classic character gone off-kilter.
