I've actually seen a couple of these. https://www.fanfiction.net/s/9564352/1/Before-the-Dawn is about Luna and Sombra before either of them turned evil, so that may or may not be what the poster was looking for. I think it's done pretty well, though, and covers Sombra's fall into evil nicely.

http://www.fimfiction.net/story/68962/hot-heads-cold-hearts-and-nerves-of-steel is mostly about the Mane Six fighting Sombra in the present, but it has (already evil) Sombra seducing Luna in order to turn her against her sister (after murdering his own wife, mind).
