Well if you really want it and don't think you'll regret it, go for it. Just make sure the artist is good and reputable. Maybe even have them draw it out for you, so you can make sure they have the stuff and it will be what you want.

Go for it! If such a pose doesn't exist, make sure you have an artist willing an able to make it just like you like it (without being horribly nit-picky about 'could you just put one less stroke in the eyebrows please' or 'maybe a shade of green in his shirt that's just a *half* shade lighter than this green but has a teeny bit of yellow but isn't really a *yellow* green, you know? kind of nonsense).
