It's pretty much cider, the way I make it.

My recipe is:
Half a gallon apple cider (or apple juice, but use less honey if you use juice)
2 cups pineapple juice
2 cups orange juice
1/4 cup of lemon juice
1/2 stick of butter
5 cloves
1 cup honey
1/2 tps allspice
2 cinnamon sticks

bring to boil then simmer for two hours
