My emotions are all over the place today and I feel like such a basket case and cannot concentrate. Thinking perhaps a good fic might hold me down for a bit. Its a long shot, but I can't seem to find anything I want so I come to you for recs.

I think I'm in the mood for heavy angst with a happy ending. If you know of angst with a lot of hurt/trauma in the beginning then like a whole boat load of recovery and comfort I think that would be wonderful.

also, read "Freefall" and "Landing" (Thor and Avengers)! the angst isn't that heavy, but it's a well-written tale of depression and recovery
