I don't see why you would mind having that in your history, given that it's just a (very unfortunate) medical condition, but it's when there is a connection/ passage between the vagina and the anus. If it's sufficiently large, it means faeces can leak into the vagina, leading to both to infections and potentially shame/ social shunning in some societies. It's typically the result of injuries in a traumatic childbirth; it can also be caused by particularly violent rape, or by botched surgery. It can also be a result of Crohn's, or a symptom of certain types of cancer.

Small ones can heal themselves; larger ones may require surgery.
