They're a cute couple and TERRIBLE rulers. Snow constantly puts her desperate longing to be Regina's family above the well-being of her people. Remember the second season finale when she risks the lives of the entire town to save Regina? Or the way she banished Regina instead of killing her because now Regina couldn't physically hurt her and Charming? Which left her free to rampage around the EF hurting people like Graham and Belle?

Don't even get me started on how Charming promised to protect Belle while Rum was in NYC and left her to rot in the hospital so Regina could get her TWICE.

I'd argue they're pretty good compared to the rest of the FTL rulers.

They're better than Regina and King George and not as good as Eva and Leopold. Who else have we seen? We didn't get enough of Midas to make a call.
