This would be more relevant if the movie were a Danish production. Disney's an American studio. I'm not even one of the SJWs shouting "Frozen is racist!" but there is nothing wrong with putting "US-centric" values on something that came out of the US.

So, say Disney made an African tale and included white people, would that be okay? Since white people exist in the US?

Would depend on the era because there have been white Africans for quite awhile now

If you're going by era, in the time period Frozen is from there were no nonwhites except for a very few numbers of black servants to the royal class.
