I really don't like cheeses but the mild ones like muenster and mozzarella types.

One of my favorite desserts is a cup of tea, some crackers, and a lump of goat cheese with fruit.

Try Humboldt Fog goat cheese if you can get it! It is so good! With pears, or grapes--or, well, almost anything.
