Eh. I'm not that invested in it anymore (working on all the achievements for cookie clicker) so I'm just letting it run up with bouts of attention, but if I don't finish it will eat at me. Figure I let it run it's course.

So I got all the achievements in cookie clicker that I said I'd get before I stopped so I went back to clicking manually on Clickmas. I wasn't even paying attention when my screen suddenly flashed white and I thought "Oh shit how did I get killed?"

I didn't click on it yesterday but after the threads about it tonight I finally got curious and now I've gotten sucked in too. I should be making real Christmas presents instead of virtual ones but I can't stop clicking.

why are you clicking? like, once you have your automated stuff set up sufficiently, there's no reason to click - once you start ordering deliveries, and definitely once you start queuing deliveries and buying wrapping machines, the efficiency of clicking drops so low that it becomes pointless. just leave it open and do something else in another tab. i got to 7.1 billion and less than 1% of my presents were created by clicking.

Cookie Clicker is a billionty times worse because it's more engaging and there are endless achievements and things to find and DOESN'T ACTUALLY END and for the love of god save yourself.
