If it's just a short-term infrequent thing, don't worry about it. Sometimes a brain just needs some mindless lack of variety.

If you really want to do something though, tell yourself "I will not check F!S for half an hour/one hour/whatever to force yourself to find something else to do during that period. You may find it more interesting.
