You did cover the question, thank you for answering! It actually sounds like a really great system. At least from the USA perspective, but then I sometimes think any other system is better than the student loans and college system we have going on here.

One of the best In the world, everyone gets access to higher education and it is in no way shape or form based on whom your parents are. It needs a lot of improving, but hadn't it been for it I would have never got the chance to go to a university... Anyway that was enough bragging about Norway for today in some ways I think the Swedes and Danes do it better...
