A-yup. This is bad enough, but fandom secret in particular has more than it's fair share.

Actually I've been thinking about redressing that imbalance. You know how dethtoll does his music thread on page two, do you think it would be worth me doing a daily feminist thread? Like I just post one quote a day by a published or acclaimed feminist? On the one hand I think it would be good to try and create a real feminist atmosphere (One that isn't fostered by that radfem anon). on the other hand, it might be target for sexist abuse (see anita sarkeesian). Also I think it might count against me not having a username.

Giving you the benefit of the doubt that you're not just being an asshole here: Which part of the above do you have a problem with? I honestly can't see anything a rational modern person might find objectionable.

1. Saying that claiming rape is rape is misogynistic if it's aimed at a female rapist. Because that's how rape is defined. Not by it being rape.

2. The utterly lolarious amount of faux-concerned, soppy, overwrought "woe me I'm so oppressed" wallowing in self-pity in your comment about what would happen to you if you ~dared~ start a feminist thread.

well you're not rational person if you think it's okay for a woman to force someone to have sex and calling her out on it is "misogynistic", princess.

I believe in feminism as 'fighting for equal rights', not for my gender to be treated like holy angel unicorns because of their gender.
