Gintama had some host club episodes. Do you have access to Japanese magazines? Some fashion magazines have host club ads in the back, an extravaganza of hairspray.

I don't have much access to magazines, but I have seen a few copies of some of the magazines especially for hosts (they were actually really interesting!) I'll see if I can access some online, though, it's a good idea :) thanks!
