I have a long, overly complicated Castiel(SPN)/Loki(MCU) headcanon. I wish I could write fic so I could put into words.

But just the how they met part goes: After Gabriel went into hiding, he asked MCU Loki if he could use his name/reputation as a cover. Eventually stuff happens (not exactly the way it happens in SPN or MCU) and Gabriel decides that his baby bro, Castiel needs someone to make him a little more fun. He decides that Loki (who needs someone to calm him and bring him down to earth) is a great candidate. He introduces, they hit it off after a while, and they eventually balance each other out.

There is a bunch of other stuff in my headcanon involving Dean and Sam meeting the Avengers, becoming a new SHIELD division of hunters in charge of dealing with supernatural enemies, and various bonding (Tony and Dean, Bruce and Sam).
