None of the new series really interest me yet, but there's a few returning series I'm hoping won't suck too much. Mainly Psych and Downton Abbey.

Black Sails!

The problem is they're finally making a pirate show but it's produced by Michael Bay and they appear to be turning Anne Bonny into a sexpot so it'll probably just break my heart.

Hmm, nervous about Teen Wolf and Being Human. Might just skip Being Human entirely because I never saw the finale last season, and by that point I was pretty irritated by the show as a whole. Some part of me wants to keep watching but only time will tell if I follow through with it.

Am really looking forward to Justified because Justified is awesomeness incarnate, and Archer because imo it's about the funniest thing on tv, and I'll also be watching Sherlock and Black Sails. Don't know how Black Sails is going to turn out, but I adored Spartacus and I love pirates (even more so after playing Black Flag!) so I'll give Starz a chance.

...Why isn't Vikings on here? (Can't remember when it premieres.)

Very tentatively excited for Community.

Also the fact that Rake isn't some terrible Regency romance disappoints me.

I'm also tentatively excited for Community.

Top Gear season 21 starts in the UK on the 26th.

(Well, Clarkson said 23rd but that's a Thursday)

I have high hopes for the Downton Abbey Christmas special. I want Gregson to reappear (because that's just about the only relationship I actually find interesting now that all the epic friendships between Matthew and everyone are in the past...).

Also, Sherlock.

I had no idea some of these shows were still on. Huh.

I'm looking forward to The Fosters. I hope it doesn't devolve into another stupid teen romantic triangle drama fest, but other than that small worry I'm really excited it's coming back!

I'm hoping I can either forget the date/time Teen Wolf is coming back, or be strong enough to not watch it. That show was causing more frustration and anger than happiness and enjoyment and I doubt it's going to get any better.

The only new thing I'm planning on watching is Downton Abbey. But I may change my mind and pick up a new show. No other continuing ones though.

I'm hoping Black Sails and Bitten are good. Helix might be okay, but SyFy loves to cancel everything I love, so I don't have high hopes for its longevity.

Teen Wolf makes me brace myself for fandom fall outs, bad writing, and a hopeful dollop of cheese.

For Sherlock, I am already stealing myself for the waves of Mary hate that have already begun.

I really liked the Fosters and its cheese and love, so I'm looking forward to season 2.

I'm interested in seeing what happens in Sherlock but that's it really.

I'm a little curious about Looking and Black Sails, and Supernatural comes back on the 14th, but the only thing I'm crazy excited about is Hannibal on February 28th. That poster! *___*

Bitten. I wonder if they're going to keep in the tied up sex scene in the woods. I hope not, since it'll have tumblr all over crying 'rape'. It is noncon sort of, but in the books Elena says she couldn't say no, because she didn't want to say no, she just didn't want to give Clay the satisfaction of seeing her say yes.

SHAMELESS US! I love that show, and it is awesome! And also like watching a prettier highly televised version of my own family!

Also Psych and Cougar Town... Psych because I genuinely enjoy it and Cougar Town because it is one of the shows I watch in the background while doing stuff, and sometimes get oddly invested in...

~~Sherlock and Community probably counts too, but for me I could wait longer for them, I don't really miss them when they are not on~~

Just Teen Wolf, I don't know any of the new ones and prefer to wait until I see some out of context gifs or people getting really excited over something.

Teen Wolf! Although I'm worried stuff might happen I don't like.

Also, Josh Holloway has a new show called Intelligence on CBS. It premieres Jan. 7 at 9.

I'm totally psyched for The Fosters to come back. I'm hoping Callie's a little less perfect this time around though, that was really getting on my nerves.
