Going to get my pie ingredients today, then baking them on Christmas Eve for people coming over on Christmas Day, three of the same ones I made for Thanksgiving but with a little alteration. Pumpkin, apple/pear with Chinese Five Spice and cornmeal crumb top (this was absolutely magical and I will now find any excuse to make it), and the raspberry cream cheese with chocolate crust and chocolate/heavy cream on top, but I didn't like the raspberry (it might be better with good berries but the ones we got were kind of flavorless) and am going to try maraschino cherries instead so it's like a big chocolate-covered cherry. That's all the gifting I do because I have about $4 to my name. :D

I briefly wondered when you first posted about it if the raspberry cheese pie was the one I used to make for Easter. Sounds like it is. I haven't done that in ages; I should make it again one of these days.

The crust is mashed wafer cookies that you layer the fruit onto, then the filling is basically cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk, then you bake that and melt some chocolate chips in with heavy cream and put it on top, if your Easter pie is like that? Ooh, that's it all right! Although mine cut out a couple steps by using a premade chocolate crust, but good luck on finding those around here.
