Gift for active kids, help!!!

The biggest thing I have to do is find a good gift for an 8-year-old who likes to run and jump and climb things but doesn't really have people to do those things with her.

I'm thinking of one of those velcro tapestry things you can hang on a wall and throw tennis balls at like a dart board, maybe? Or a nerf basketball hoop that can go over a door, though that seems kind of cheap. I'm working on a $30 budget and would like to just get one thing, since I don't think she and her sister (9) are quite old enough to understand the whole "I got you more things than her, but I spent equal amounts) yet.
