The ultra-Vulcan! Nimoy codified Vulcan-ness.

Well actually, I though T'Pring, T'Pau and Sarek were very good Vulcans too. Most of the post-TOS Vulcans weren't really great though.

The one from the baseball episode of DS9 was pretty good.

I loved the Vulcan ambassador from Enterprise - the one played by that actor from Alien Nation. He dressed like he'd robbed a closet in Rivendell and seemed to exist in a constant state of exasperation. I especialy liked that bit when he took over for an absent T'pol on the bridge while Trip had to pretend to be the captain. I was like, "The show should really be about these two having wacky space adventures."
