It's a mid-1970s ITV Wales production. It has everything you could want.

Except Stonehenge. It's set in a different, much larger, stone circle called Avebury. With a town in! Real place. It's easy to find, hie thee off to watch it. ^_^

Children of the Stones! I remember that! I think? It was creepy, and kind of silly, am I thinking of the same one? It had Gareth Thomas in, I think I followed him from Blake's 7, and involved a creepy town set in a stone circle, yes?
