Exactly. I understand how people might not WANT to care if they suspect a character death, but that doesn't mean it can't still have an impact on you.

(And imo Rue was one of the more likable characters in the book and movie, and her connection with Katniss was extremely sweet and touching. Her death was tragic and sad. Don't see why this is even a question.)
