Yes, Stefon was going to get married to Anderson Cooper, but Seth realized his true feelings and interrupted the wedding, Graduate-style. They ran off together and became Seth and Stefon Meyers.

Unfortunately I can't find a good clip of it, but it was very cute.

Not quite. But Stefon almost got TV married to Anderson Cooper, and then Seth burst into the church to stop the wedding and take Stefon away with him. It was pretty wonderful.

The segment used to be free on Hulu, and it might still be lurking around YouTube...
