That is a puzzler. If we count the Grinch as a Who, who are basically humans anyway, I'd have to say bestiality.

That's what I was thinking. He's just like a mutant Who, right? A really hairy mutant Who.

But wait... the Cat in the Hat is sentient. Doesn't that also disqualify it as an beast? He's near-human-like as well.
