Yeah. Xmas is the season where our income *always* slows way down, so unless i'm very smart and super-prepared, it's a scramble. I don't even care about getting anything, but i want to get my daughter things i know she'll like, and i hate that i can't do the same for my nieces and nephews and brothers and sister (in-laws, too).

The most fun part of Xmas/birthdays, to me, is finding a gift the person will *really* like, would never have considered getting, has been wanting. That and wrapping them up really pretty. :) The fact that people might do the same for me is incidental and an awesome 'extra'.
