Does she become a romantic interest in 3? In 2, she wasn't romanceable.

you can have a romantic moment with her during the citadel dlc. i think you have to have had attempted to romance her during 2 for it to trigger though
elaminator: (Mass Effect 2: Samara - Smirk)

er, vague spoilers

I adore Samara and thought it was neat that you couldn't romance her even as a paragon. (Well, till the Citadel DLC, according to an above anon. You can express your interest in her in ME2 and she can return those feelings, but won't follow through with them.)

I agree that it felt realistic given her personality.

Yeah. I also just liked that her path just wasn't like the others. She rejects you the first time either way. The romance never gets the arc the others do but it's interesting. It makes her different and I like that. Making everyone Shepard-sexual and completely eager at the same time made sense gameplay wise but kinda weird story wise.

Samara was pretty rad; I never attempted to romance her (I get too attached to Kaidan!) but I really like her as a character.

Secret 8 - Mass Effect (videogames), Samara (character)

[Picture is Samara from the videogame series "Mass Effect". She is an alien with blue skin, some red strips of something metallic-looking around and above her eyes, short metallic-looking hair and wearing a metallic-looking necklace and clothing.]

I liked the fact that you can't romance her if you play as Renegade (I did). It just felt like a really in-character thing and I was really happy about it.
nightscale: Starbolt (Lady Sif)

Samara is one of my favourite characters, I really like her and were she a possibility in-game for a romance option It'd be competition between her and Garrus(or Tali for male Shepard).

I really appreciated the fact that you couldn't romance her even as Paragon in ME2 (apparently you can in 3? I never tried it--she had made her stance clear in ME2 and I respected that). I agree that it totally made sense for her character too.
