yeah except murder is a bit more straightforward, while there are still TONS of people in the world who argue over what "rape" is. people drug folks, fuck unconscious people, fuck underage people, force them "playfully", and argue that "well that's not REALLY rape" over and over. sorry but comparing it to murder doesn't track.

You should consult the laws about "attempt of murder" and tell me after that if you still think that people doesn't argue about it.
But never mind that, it'll take too long even if you focus on the law of only one place.

And what about psychological and emotional torture? And bullying?
