Re: NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTIONS.

I'm thinking I may start working out with weights again. I started a few years ago, then developed health problems that caused me to lose a TON of weight, so I stopped doing any exercise at all, to avoid burning unnecessary calories and also because it may have been a factor in the health problems somehow, considering they started right after I started exercising regularly.

But stopping didn't solve the health problems, I hate being so weak, lifting weights doesn't actually burn a lot of calories (it's not cardio, after all), and I just in general seem to have slightly better health and more appetite when I've been out and moving around, so I'm starting to think a light workout might do more good than harm after all.

Already started, but I'm thinking I may want to make it a goal to do a little lifting every day next year.
