Really? When he mocked anyone who would call it rape, and mocked them for being upset by it? That wasn't him OUTRIGHT SAYING that what he described isn't rape? How clear do you need him to be exactly?

do I mock a dead baby when I'm saying that it's funny? Am I not clear when I'm saying a dead baby is funny? Like, it's right there. That's literally what the joke is about.

I did not see him mock anybody. All I saw was him making an unfunny comment.

There doesn't have to be actual tangible equivalents of things/people mentioned in jokes to make them offensive.
E.g. I joke about rape being funny. Even if I'm not directing the joke at anyone in particular it's still mocking people who have been raped because I'm basically saying it's not a big deal.
