Idk - a lot of what he did during the duet with Anna [...which was also his villain song] *can* be techniques to manipulate if you're doing them consciously...and it's possible he was. For example, he does mirror her and that is a way to get people to consider you "Closer" or "more like them" - plus there are parts where he trailed off and let Anna finish the sentence/let's Anna do most of the talking outside of certain [potentially leading] topics. Plus a smile can be taken a *lot* of ways, and there's more than one reason he could have been smiling. Problem is [and this is the case with these in RL too] is that they can be hard to pick out because people do them without thinking too - that's actually why they work is because they're *already* signals people learned to pick up on unconsciously.

Or, as a large part of the fandom has taken it - Hans was in love with Anna and just didn't realize it until too late. -shrugs-

tl;dr: There actually was stuff that can be seen that way - problem is it's stuff that can be *very* open to interpreting because of how it works. ...And it's also completely possible it was poor foreshadowing, and they just got lucky that they happened to hit things that could be read that way by chance.
