It's definitely more popular than other MCU femmeslash ships, that's for sure. But really... I don't know how much that's saying. :\ I mean we're not talking Stony here but it's definitely got a following.

Yea, of course not, and Steve/Tony already had a following before the films because of their comic counterparts, but Simmons and Skye and totally new so it's a different situation. Plus femmeslash seems less prevalent in fandom in general as far as I'm concerned. I know there are fandoms that are full of it, but SHIELD fandom has seemed pretty scattered so far (people ship a little everything) so I'm not surprised.
