Yes, I read those comments. That's why I said "also." Neither term is perfect. Both have terrible connotations. But I know far more people who are feminist in name and egalitarian in practice than vice versa. From experience, if someone says "I'm an egalitarian, not a feminist," my first assumption will be "whiny cis dude," not "rightfully wary person hurt by lack of intersectionality in feminism."
