As I said downthread, Iron Man 3 is practically an action comedy with the amount of humor in it (they pull it off very well and thankfully isn't a full-on action comedy). All the movies have a bit of humor to the, with varying degrees and almost never detracting from the plot and usually even adding to it. (Though a lot of the humor is in facial expressions or just very subtle - I saw IM3 twice in theaters, and the first time during a very funny part involving Rhodey, I was looking in my bag for something so I only heard the funny line, but next time I also saw his face and the scene became 10x funnier - meanwhile, a lot of Steve's snark in Captain America seem to have gone over people's heads if some of his fandom characterization is anything to go by).
