i've read all the books and i kept waiting this horrible stuff that was supposed to make dany unlikable (and possibly even make me hate her) but.... it never came.

i love her as much as i loved pre adwd.

Same.

She's made some mistakes, and is until the end of book 5 stuck in a horrible position of her own making, but she is still a better person than Stannis AND more interesting.

At least she doesn't burn her in laws and people at the stake who have done her no harm.
