along the same lines, just how far do Loki's magical powers in the MCU extend? fandom's propensity to mix and match with myths and comics alike have me confused here

also also, in the comics, I read that Loki is sometimes Thor's adoptive brother and sometimes his half-brother, depending on the comic -- which parent do they have in common when they are half-brothers? is he a half-frost giant, too?

oh, and that thing with Loki having horns as a frost giant, is that fanon?

It seems to mostly be illusion-based magic, so he can do some of the things from the comics, mostly his signature stuff like his multiple Loki's ability and shapeshifting.

On this one I am unsure. I don't know if the half-giant is referring to him being half-frost giant by blood or because he is small for a frost giant so he's a 'half-giant'.

In the comics I think he has small horns as a child for a time? He doesn't have them as an adult but then we don't really see adult comic Loki as anything other than Aesir looking(though the clones that Doom makes of Loki do have small-ish horns). In the MCU it's fanon as we see Loki's frost giant form and he has no horns.
