He was very handsome and he and James were said to be very popular but I haven't seen any evidence that he was a flirt. In fact in Snape's Worst Memory he's said to be rather haughty. He could have still been popular with girls but again there's just no evidence that I've seen.

Off the top of my head I kind of want to say that Lupin might mention something about it in passing?

I think Lupin said they were always getting in trouble (which with teenage boys, is usually assumed to include getting in trouble with girls) but I think sarilla's right that there's no actual evidence of it.
