Newer tech actually is pretty intuitive - the problem is, someone who's learned an older ruleset and is trying to get the hang of something new isn't using intuition, we're operating off of expectations formed with the tech we first became familiar with.

Meanwhile, hand the newest tablet to a nine-year-old, and they'll have the thing doing backflips before lunch time.

hahahahah this is very true. My 11 year old has an easier time with some things than I do.
