Sherlock 3X01 spoilers

(Anonymous) 2014-01-02 12:44 am (UTC)(link)Like the secondary characters were given more backstory. They weren't props for the plot. Like Molly getting married. Anderson slightly losing him mind and starting a Sherlock mystery/fan group. Waston getting married and getting back into practice. Even Sherlock wasn't his usual detached self. He was more emotional. I don't see season one or season two Sherlock doing half the stuff he did in this episode. He did it for emotions rather than cases. Again, that reminded me of Elementary's Sherlock.
What do you think?

And his rather childish glee over 'surprising' John, and he even seems to like Mary, which is fun.
His two years 'dead' changed him. It's very interesting.
