I saw a video once of some people doing it way back in a history class of mine. Pretty magical. I'm glad I'm not the only one who knows of them. I've seen it used as competition to see who could last the longest.

Haha, At first I didn't realize they were falling on purpose.

As for pole sitting, here. It's not what I saw but it's close enough. Don't bother to watch the whole thing. You only need a few seconds of it. I think most of them are cheaters 'cause they're using seats. The ones I saw before weren't.
